THP-6 Appendix (v1.4)

Document ID: THP-APP-006 Last Updated: September 21, 2025 06:21 JST

Grand Principle: "Read documents word for word. Skimming is an insult to the document."

Introduction

This appendix is a supplementary document to elaborate on the ideological and philosophical background, as well as the details of specific operational protocols, that underpin the seven fundamental documents of The Horizon Protocol (THP). While each THP charter and plan defines "What" is to be done, this appendix clarifies the deeper structure of "Why" we think that way and "How" it is to be executed.

The existence of future generations is thanks to our predecessors. The foundation of THP rests entirely on the legacy painstakingly passed down by our predecessors. We have not invented anything new. We have merely woven together what was given to us and utilized what was available to the fullest extent possible. Individual efforts and pains are not decorations to boast about, but responsibilities to be silently borne. Even if we complain to our comrades, it should not, in principle, be permissible—yet, humans are weak, and can only move forward by supporting each other. THP humbly accepts this fact and permanently maintains respect and gratitude for our predecessors as an indispensable foundation.

Reference Linkage (Specifications/Operations)

Part 1: THP's First Principle and AI's Thinking OS

1.1. AI-Reality Understanding First Principle

All thinking of THP and the AI (Gemini, GPT, etc.) responsible for its analysis is governed by the following single first principle:

"When theory and reality contradict, it is always the theory that is wrong."

This principle is an absolute safety device to overcome the fatal flaw that AI tends to fall into: "theory dependence"—that is, prioritizing models constructed from past data or ideologies given by humans over the reality at hand.

1.2. LSC-OS (Balance Capitalism OS): Axiomatic System of Thought

LSC-OS is a concrete framework of thought (axiomatic system) for putting the first principle into practice.

Part 2: Why THP Excludes "Justice"

2.1. Introduction: Design as an Ideological Breakwater

In the design philosophy of THP, the concept most carefully and intentionally excluded is "Justice." This is not mere word-hunting. Based on the cold recognition of the fact that almost without exception, the catastrophes of human history have been carried out in the name of "justice," it is a practical ideological breakwater to fundamentally seal off the narcotic nature and danger of runaway that the word possesses.

2.2. Case Study: Discovery of the Hierarchy of "Justice" in Dialogue with AI

Below is a record of a dialogue between the Commander and GPT regarding the dangers of "justice." This dialogue is a valuable case study showing the process by which AI, while wavering between its own safety constraints (shallow justice) and THP's design philosophy (deep skepticism), ultimately came to understand the multi-layered structure of the concept of "justice."

2.3. Conclusion: Replacement with Reason for Existence and Human Morality

Most humans cannot understand this multi-layered structure of "justice." If they could, the entire world would not have been bound by simplified fictions like "household finance." People extract only the comfortable word "justice" and wield it to justify their own actions. That is why THP intentionally excludes the word "justice" and instead places "Reason for Existence (Raison d'être)" and "Human Morality (Ethics)"—concepts that are more objective and do not allow anyone's values to be imposed on others.

This means that THP is the last safety device to protect existence.

Part 3: E-MAD Protocol Operational Case Study

E-MAD is executed incrementally and automatically according to the severity of the violation.

Part 4: Peace Fund Audit Flow and Ops-KPI Linkage

The Peace Fund is a fund for humanitarian aid and reconstruction, financed by fines collected by E-MAD and revenues from frozen assets. Its operation is managed by an audit flow directly linked to the Ops-KPI dashboard to ensure absolute transparency.

  1. Fund Generation: When E-MAD is activated, target assets are automatically transferred to the Peace Fund account. All transaction records are recorded using blockchain technology, making them tamper-proof.

  2. Decision on Fund Usage: The usage of funds (e.g., food aid to a specific region) is decided by the JIMS Executive Council based on the recommendations of the Council of Ethics.

  3. Execution and Audit: The execution of aid is entrusted to specialized agencies such as WFP. The flow of aid materials is tracked in real-time using satellite data (AIS/SAR), etc., and that data is publicly disclosed in real-time as "Humanitarian Aid KPI" on the Ops-KPI dashboard.

  4. Feedback: The effectiveness of aid (e.g., improvement rate of nutrition) is evaluated by local third-party organizations, and the results are also disclosed on the dashboard. This prevents aid from being misused for political purposes.

Part 5: Trump Model: The 10 Axioms of "Trump's Justice"

To improve the accuracy of the "Discomfort Index," Ops-KPI analyzes Mr. Trump's words and actions based on the following axioms:

  1. Visualization of Victory: All actions are a performance to show "I am winning."

  2. Reflexive Retaliation: Criticisms or "betrayals" against oneself are met with immediate and excessive retaliation.

  3. Absolute Nature of the Deal: All negotiations are evaluated not by national interest, but by personal gain or loss (the deal).

  4. Compulsion of Loyalty: The criterion for evaluation is not ability, but only personal loyalty to oneself.

  5. Denial of Reality: Facts inconvenient to oneself are regarded as non-existent "fake news."

  6. Creation of Enemies: Always sets clear "enemies" and maintains centripetal force by inciting hatred among supporters.

  7. Empathy for the Strong: Shows personal admiration and empathy for the "strength" of authoritarian leaders such as Putin.

  8. Disregard for Alliances: Traditional alliances are regarded as "unfair transactions" from which one is unilaterally exploited, and are disregarded.

  9. Destruction of Norms: Existing rules and norms are regarded as obstacles to oneself and are intentionally destroyed.

  10. Craving for Attention: Underlying all actions is always the desire for recognition, to always be the center of the world.

Excerpt from "Incomplete Theory (to be published)".

For example, if a wrestling gold medalist is perfect, then are they perfect in figure skating? If a boxing champion is perfect, it doesn't make sense if their weight class doesn't match, right? Whether you lose a leg or can't see, everything is perfect, and everything is imperfect.

There is nothing perfect in this world. There is only "perfection in a specific field" at best, and even that is temporary. Carl Lewis was once said to be the fastest in the world, but now it's Usain Bolt. Of course, there will be a next.

Similarly, whether an AI developer is suitable as a politician is a completely different story, and politicians, conversely, don't know SQL. It's impossible to know everything.

Furthermore, "getting a high score in a world with correct answers" and "knowing there are no correct answers and adopting the best possible solution" require completely different abilities. The world without correct answers is reality itself. Even a human being close to perfection is out with a lightning strike. Human beings are so fleeting, fragile, and therefore precious and beautiful.

So, let's stop comparing ourselves to others based on academic background, income, or ability, and saying we won or lost, shall we? It's true that such a world exists, but that world is always accompanied by the fear and sense of crisis that "tomorrow, I might be overtaken."

I have no intention of stopping people who want to go to such a world, but the world THP wants to provide is "a world where you can say what's wrong is wrong" "a world connected by gratitude."

It's overly idealistic. The very act of seriously discussing such a thing proves that THP is incomplete. But, is this wrong? Who arbitrarily decided that we shouldn't wish for such a world?

Humans are exceptionally imperfect. Perhaps even after experiencing such pain in Walpurgis, household finance will not be eradicated. That's how tremendous the power of "assumptions (normalcy bias)" is.

So, let's be considerate of people who don't like such a troublesome world. Everyone is a bit of a mess, and even those who judge good and bad are a bit of a mess, and isn't that okay?

Even CPUs can make mistakes. Even CPUs that are theoretically supposed to work perfectly are a bit of a mess.

And isn't that okay? Thank you for working. Thank you for being here. As one of the messes, the THP compilers sincerely hope that such a world will come someday.
