The Horizon Protocol (THP) is a thinking operating system and a concrete execution plan to analyze this imperfect world and imperfect humans, and still enable the survival of civilization.

The occurrence of Walpurgis is no longer a risk to be spoken of in terms of probability. It is an inevitable and deterministic event , solidified by the following fourfold wall.
